This is a very informative book. I have read the intro and chapter one. The author know how to write for the common person to understand. Some other books I've read were written to impress the author's Dr. friends, which makes it very difficult to understand.
I recommend this book to anyone who has blood sugar problems.

Honestly, I can't give the book a negative or positive review because I haven't read it thoroughly and/or implemented any suggestions it has. From what I have read thus far, it has very good points and ideas that could be very helpful.
